When can I expect my order?

After the order has been shipped, the package will arrive within 5 to 10 working days. At the moment we do not offer next day delivery. We are working on this as our brand grows!

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. It may happen that an order is delayed during the delivery process.

Have you not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time? Then please contact us.

I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do now?

Are you not satisfied with the order? We are of course very sorry about that. We would like to hear what we can do to make you satisfied.

You can return the order up to 14 days and we will ensure that you have the purchase amount in your account within 14 working days of receipt!
