Are you not satisfied with the order? We are of course very sorry about that. We would like to hear what we can do to make you satisfied.

You can return the order up to 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 14 working days after receipt of your return!

RETURN:

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and provided with tags and labels. The product must not contain any user traces. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own. The costs for returns are for the customer.

Important!

A return shipment must be provided with a Track & Trace code and a statement of your name and order number in or on the package! The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

If we have received the items returned by you and they fully meet the requirements, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Send an email to info@gymssentials.nl with the reason for the return.

IMPORTANT:

Attention:
Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These are sealed items that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery. Consider, for example, tights, sofa covers, dog toys, sports watches, underwear, etc. (list is not exhaustive).

Gymssentials is not liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use or handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In that case, Gymssentials can refuse the refund of the purchase price or only refund part of it depending on the depreciation of the product.
We cannot process your return without a return form.

DEFECTIVE:

If your product is defective or not working properly, send us an email info@gymssentials.nl a photo or a short video of the damage and we will send you a replacement item free of charge. You do not have to return the damaged item to us.
